    This reminds me very much of a spot near the Russian border in Mongolia (we were in Mongolia for the wedding of our older son).
    I will try to send you a photo or two - ours aren't beautiful photos like yours are, but the spot is incredible. I have a hard enough time with technology - it seems magic enough to me - that I'm sure in a few years we really will be able to send people to far away places as easily as we now send e-mail. And, when you, Kristin, are in Mongolia, I will want to see all your photos.
